Crepes...!

A couple of weeks ago Kemberley was craving Crepes on twitter and it made me realize I had not made them in a while! I promised to blog about an easy recipe for crepes so here we go! This weekend when I finally had a Saturday off work and could actually have real breakfast! I made Crepes for breakfast! It was the perfect breakfast! Well here is my recipe!

3 eggs
1 tsp Sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup melted butter

Preparation:
Beat eggs until smooth. Add milk and butter.

Sift flour and sugar, gradually add to egg mixture.

Beat until the batter is smooth.

Batter will be thin, like heavy cream.

Grease skillet or crepe pan lightly;(what I do is I use a kitchen tissue and dip it lightly in oil and use that to rub on the pan)
Pour batter into pan and rotate quickly to distribute batter.
If batter seems too thick, add more milk in very small amounts until consistency is corrected.
Cook crepe until light brown; turn to cook other side. Remove from pan, lightly

grease the pan, and continue cooking until batter is finished.

Fill crepes with whatever you like. I like good ol Canadian maple syrup. My roommate likes Nutella(chocolate).. My friend liked Jam...lol we all had it with fruit!

Hope you enjoy!

P.S I am in love with 9ice's new song ENERGY!

P.s.s I am gonna be old in a month!

P.s.s I have a huge crush on somone!..sigh!

It looks delicious!! I'll probably have mine with a spread of maple syrup & a thick gooey layer of nutella. Then roll it up & eat! Great arrangement...especially with those kiwis. Hmm..I have kiwi in my fridge. *Ideas*!!!

Anya love..lool! I wanna know if you made it!! hehe

@Mizchif- Crepes are just lighter pancakes. They taste the same and everything just ligthter. Also Crepes dont have baking soda, that make it rise and pancakes do. I lvoe crepes better you can fill them up with fruits, or any of the things listed above and serve as a desert with icecreame!

@Miss FlyHigh- Aww thank You sweety!! YAY!!!
